Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

Headquartered in Singapore, it is a leading international multipurpose port operator handling bulk and containerised cargo. The company also has strategic assets across the region and joint ventures in Asia.
**Your new role**
Reporting directly to the Chief of Corporate Development Officer, you will be heading up the Enterprise Risk Management program of the organisation by facilitating its enterprise risk and operational risk etc. You will look into their ERM and Business Continuity Management framework, policies and maturity against the industry standards. You will be working closely to prepare and craft out the key risk indicator results to the AC and Board. You will also be driving the risk awareness and risk culture through the organisation. This role will be managing 1 other manager and will be expected to be hands-on.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Financial / Engineering
- At least 8-12 years of working experience with minimum 6 years direct experience in ERM and BCM.
- At least 6 years of experience in emergency preparedness or organisational resilience is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to ask leading questions and challenge the rationale.
