**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance to the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract.
- Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples including the civil & structural and coordinated combined services model (CCSM) by the contractors and assist to review them on behalf of the Supervising Officer rep and Supervising Officer rep assistants to ensure compliance with the design intent and specifications.
- Provide daily updates and weekly reports on the work progress and issues on site, including necessary checklist and documentations.
- Close tracking of the contractor work progress to ensure that they are able to complete the work within contract period.
- Coordination with third parties in the execution of out affected works to ensure that there is no implication to work progress.
- Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference.
- Prepare and update the list of outstanding / non-compliance works for submission to the Architect / Management for discussion during site meetings on regular basis.
- To supervise in accordance to the Contract Specifications and relevant Authorities. To assist the Superintending Officer, Supervising Officer rep and Supervising Officer rep assistants in all aspects to the architectural construction of the projects.
- Work closely with Resident Engineer (RE)/ Senior Resident Engineer (SRE) on the day-to-day site operations.

**REQUIREMENT**
- Possess a Diploma in Architecture, Building Services, Engineering or related disciplines from recognized tertiary institution.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant practical experience in full-time site supervision of Building works, architectural elements and finishing works for building construction sites in Singapore, preferably with hotel / resort (hospitality projects) experience.
- Accredited Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with BCA/IES/ACES, with experiences in managing Architectural and ID works.
- Possess good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, being responsible, meticulous and a good team player.
- Conversant in all building statutory code and requirements.
- Conversant in BIM, Revit, CAD preferred.
- Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.
- Comfortable and able to work on shift and on weekends.
- Good leadership and supervisory skills
