**About the Role**:
We are looking for a mature, creative, and enthusiastic Compliance Officer (Regulatory Compliance), to be a key member of our team.

**What you will do**:

- Maintenance and update of the repository of compliance policies and procedures
- Provide analysis on changes in regulations and work with relevant teams to ensure the implementation of regulatory changes across the business, specifically in relation to the Payment Services Act 2019 and its applicable guidelines, notices, and legislation
- Assisting in the Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment
- Assisting with quality assurance testing, periodic gap analysis, and following up on remediation plans
- Providing timely updates relating to MAS announcements and circulars
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a Compliance Monitoring Programme

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Provide ad-hoc coverage for the AML/KYC team
- Attend to any other ad hoc requests from time to time within the advisory and regulatory compliance space

**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and reputable institution
- 1-2 years experience in a regulatory compliance or audit function
- Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written English
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to deal with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- CAMS or ICA certification is a bonus
