As a **Sr Receivables Analyst **in **Singapore **, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry

**The purpose of this ROLE is**:
Executes timely collection of ACI account receivables for multiple business segments by contacting all outstanding invoices. Maintains customer data via aged reports by entering, updating, and retrieving data, and producing customer statements of accounts. Assists in the resolution of aged debt by involving various internal ACI departments., typically for larger customers. Responds to inquiries from customers. Proper follow-up with ACI internal departments according to prescribed timelines to ensure timely resolution. Provides training and guidance to less experienced analysts on how to use tools and resources to effectively assist customers.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience needed to succeed in this role**:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- Researches and reconciles customer accounts using multiple systems and tools.
- Effectively communicates and escalates delinquent receivables to customers and ACI internal partners.
- Works independently with mínimal supervisor support and within established guidelines and parameters and makes decisions on the best method of communication for his or her assigned customer base.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal partners and customers.
- Minimizes ACI’s bad debt through early identification of “at risk” receivables.
- Strives to meet or exceed established financial metrics/goals.
- Supports less experienced analysts by providing guidance and assistance. - Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies including but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience needed for the job**:

- Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Oracle experience preferred.
