**What the role is**
- Project title: Transforming internal processes by harnessing AI tools You will be part of a team working to develop and deploy AI solutions to transform the generation and refinement of MOM’s communications materials, to better serve our stakeholders.

**What you will be working on**
- 1) To refine our proprietary FAQ Gener(AI)tor, which generates FAQs for MOM’s policies tailored to customers’ needs 2) To further develop and expand scope of bot to other use cases in communications and knowledge management, including an internal chat-bot 3) To explore how the next-gen agentic AI, can further automate coordination efforts between teams and sync up with MOM’s databases more seamlessly

**What we are looking for**
- 1. Familiarity with AI, e.g. AI prompt engineering, GenAI, and AI tools such as e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot 2. Ability to navigate and consolidate complex processes and policies 3. Ability to synthesise and explain technical concepts succinctly and clearly to an audience
