Job Scope:

- Provide green consultancy services (e.g., Green Mark, ESD) to external customers.
- Track, plan, and implement necessary initiatives, including preparing submissions and performing calculations on ACMV and lighting, to ensure timely delivery of services and achieve project targets.
- Liaise with stakeholders, such as customers, authorities, and contractors, to ensure successful service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Review existing processes and systems to enhance team productivity in delivering services.
- Stay updated on industry sustainability developments, research technologies, best practices, trends, and source solutions/partners to enhance the organization's service offerings.
- Handle administrative tasks, including sourcing quotations, raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices, and taking meeting minutes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

- At least 3 years of demonstrated working experience in providing green services (e.g., Green Mark).
- Diploma in Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental Science/Management, Sustainability, or equivalent.
- Experience in recommending solutions to clients and implementing solutions.
- GMAP/GMAAP/SCEM certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability, including Green Mark standards, benchmarks, and trends.
- Independent with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing, and planning skills.
- Ability to handle stress, work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and assertive with a passion for sustainability and a positive, self-driven, and can-do attitude.
