Coordinate and manage all port call operations for vessels, ensuring smooth turnaround and compliance with port, customs, and immigration regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the vessel, port authorities, service providers, and the ship owner/operator.
- Arrange and monitor essential services such as pilotage, towage, berth booking, crew changes, and provision of supplies.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including port clearance, manifests, and inward/outward clearance submissions.
- Handle pre-arrival and post-departure formalities, keeping all stakeholders informed of vessel schedules and updates.
- Resolve any operational or logístical issues that arise during the port call to minimize delays and costs.
- Maintain strong relationships with port stakeholders and continuously monitor performance to improve service delivery.
- Maintain and update a detailed job list for each vessel call, ensuring all operational and support activities are tracked and completed on schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to align job execution with the vessel's port schedule and operational priorities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of final disbursement accounts (FDAs) to principals.
- Collect and review post-call reports and survey findings, ensuring follow-up actions are taken and documented as required.
- Analyze port call performance data to identify areas for improvement and support continuous service quality enhancement.

**Job Requirements**
- Handle pre-arrival, port stay, and post-departure formalities for vessels.
- Liaise with port authorities, customs, immigration, and terminal operators.
- Coordinate crew changes, spares delivery, and other vessel requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with vessel owners, operators, and charterers.
- Prepare and submit relevant reports, disbursement accounts, and documentation.
- Maintain records and comply with company SOPs and legal requirements.
