**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: billing of lading, tax invoice and others)
- Sending pre-alert and manifest to overseas agents.
- Liaise & co-ordinate with overseas agents / customers / co-loaders to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
- Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies.

**Requirements**:

- Possess min ‘O’ / ‘ A’ Level or diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in this position.
- Good organizational and co-ordination skills.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Good interpersonal, communication and telephone etiquette skills
- On-The-Job training will be provided for the fresh graduates.
- Those are able to start work immediately or within short notice period will be preferred.
