We're looking for a skilled and proactive Digital Marketing & Content Strategist to join our team. This role is crucial for building our brand's online presence, establishing Skymont Capital as a thought leader in real estate investment, and generating qualified leads.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across our digital channels. This includes writing and editing blog posts, white papers, and articles on real estate investment trends and market insights.
- Digital Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize targeted ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn to reach our ideal high-net-worth investor audience.
- Social Media Management: Oversee our social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This involves crafting engaging posts, monitoring industry discussions, and interacting with followers to build our professional network.
- PR Coordination: Work directly with Skymont's leadership to coordinate public relations efforts. This includes researching and pitching op-eds to publications like Forbes Asia or The Business Times and managing award nomination submissions.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to measure success, justify ROI, and inform future strategies

Prerequisites:

- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing, content strategy, or social media role, preferably within the finance, real estate, or professional services sectors.
- Writing & Editing Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling content.
- Platform Expertise: Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing, paid digital advertising (PPC), and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions to attract and engage a high-net-worth audience.
- Portfolio: A portfolio of previous work, including writing samples, case studies, or examples of successful digital campaigns.
