As Reliability engineer, you will be championing Risk based asset management system, Maintenance work process & budget and build Engineering capability for the Chemical Manufacturing plant in Singapore. You’ll also collaborate with other functional team to ensure the capabilities are met at global standard.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the plant reliability champion by implementation of reliability methodologies & lead reliability excellence processes
- Supporting in bad actor and reliability issue troubleshooting; collaborate across global sites, contribute, and learn
- Leading cross functional teams into reliability analysis & reviews using the appropriate reliability tool, validates and deploys equipment strategies & procedures, collaborates across global sites
- Participating in maintenance routines to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled and executed in time with high quality
- Providing input for annual maintenance budget
- Leading reliability improvement projects

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s degree in mechanical is preferred
- Have at 5 - 10 years’ experience in plant reliability and maintenance knowledge including troubleshooting
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in chemical production environment
- Have leadership and teamwork capability
- Have people management and development skills
- Have experience working in multifunctional team
