To identify, pursue and close new business leads, represent SilverDoor to new and potential clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. The role holder will need to balance strategy with execution, think big yet immerse themselves in enough data and insight to drive profitable, new business revenue growth, performance and standards across the APAC region. B2B sales across the APAC region.

**Your role**:
**Business Development**
- Constantly research, seek out and follow up on new business leads
- Ownership for the implementation and measurement of the plans relating to Singapore
- Responsible for the delivery of revenue targets set by location, channel and individual level
- Provide accurate reporting on all key metrics
- Build a strong, professional reputation across all relevant industries/forums
- Establish SilverDoor Apartments as a networking force across APAC
- Ensure systems (CRM) are used and optimized
- Responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service are delivered by the Singapore team
- Responsible for keeping an up-to-date new client profile for each potential account
- Regularly reviewing performance with the Head of Business Development
- Regularly pursuing new unassigned accounts and reviewing new business opportunities
- Regularly reviewing prospects with the Head of Business Development
- Attending and representing the company at all relevant client & property networking opportunities
- Presenting to potential new clients
- Compiling formal and informal RFPs
- Responsible for ensuring efficient use of time within Business Development team
- Responsible for maintaining Business Development materials and tracker

**Account Management**
- Quarterly reviews with managed accounts and reviewing business opportunities
- Responsible for assisting the team to optimise their conversion rates
- Responsible for assisting the team to develop their existing clients
- Responsible for reviewing client conversion rates and areas for potential business growth
- Regularly attending property familiarisation opportunities and attending client viewings where required
- Responsible for ensuring that the company has strong long-term partnerships with all new accounts
- Responsible for keeping an up-to-date current profile for each existing/managed account

**Experience**
- New business development
- B2B serviced apartment or hotel background experience is essential
- Up-to-date knowledge of the industry
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in business expansion/ account wins
- Fluent English speaking

**Skills**
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills
- Confident meeting clients face-to-face
- Good negotiation and conversion experience
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
