**Who we’re looking for**:
The Services department is looking for a highly motivated Parts Executive (Pricing & Inventory) to join the team.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, this position will be based in Singapore, Senoko. The main responsibility of the Parts Executive (Pricing & Inventory) is on work related to pricing of spare parts and services and overlooking the parts inventory management for the branches.

**What you’ll be doing**:
Pricing Activities
- After sales activities, campaigns and menu pricing for the growth of the after sales business
- Support the Commercial Parts manager in strategy formulation related to pricing
- Work related to pricing of spare parts and services
- Keeping management records for campaigns and following up on the sales progress.
- Identify potential improvements.
- Analyse financial impact of price approach in view of overall performance history as well as profitability of company & customers.
- Manage pricing to support activities inclusive of price update, revisions & price maintenance
- Generate more revenue activities on new campaigns & marketing programs
- Tender pricing & contract quotation preparation and submission
- Support branches for Prime & Auto master training / Support
- To assist Commercial Parts Manager as and when required

Inventory
- Overlooking the Parts Inventory management for the branches
- To ensure parts availability as the main focus & compliance on parts processes.
- Demonstrating continuous effort to improve work processes.
- Monitoring & reporting the monthly KPI to Commercial Parts Manager
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure parts promotions are actively in place
- To ensure the smooth parts availability & implementation of Parts process
- To ensure the smooth implementation and flow of DSM and inventory related system
- To process the payment and invoice from supplier
- To ensure the core parts, buyback, delivery remarks and scrapping process are implemented in place for branches
- Initiate proposals and good practices for continuous improvement

Health & Safety Development
- Ensure and support implementation of safety and health policies, procedures and regulations in daily work
- Create and safeguard a healthy, safe and sustainable work environment for all employees supporting business objectives
- Support the work with continuous improvements regarding safety and health

**Good-to-have**:

- Possess relevant education
- Fluent with English
- Possess relevant work experience in similar role
- Prior experience within the automotive industry will be an added advantage

**Salary**: $2,922.00 - $3,875.00 per month
