Reporting into the Counterparty Lifecycle Management (CLCM) Enablement and Integration Manager, you will have responsibility managing the portfolio of CLCM change projects supporting and enhancing our services to customers.
You will work closely with stakeholders from across the Lines of Business, Compliance and CLCM to evaluate and prioritize core improvement opportunities in the E2E CLCM cycle and continually improve our process and services to deliver a better customer experience.

With over 7000 employees operating across the globe to support our world class integrated trading and supply value chain, we support the Shell group through trading environmental products, biofuels, power, LNG, chemical feedstocks, crude oil, refined products and freights in trading hubs all over the world with the main trading and marketing locations in Houston, London, Dubai, Rotterdam and Singapore.
The Commercial Operations organization within T&S operates in 9 trading hubs, 4 key SBO locations, with over 1360 people supporting 35 countries. It is designed to improve T&S cross business execution including both ‘run the business capabilities’ e.g. trading operations support and ‘change the business capabilities’. This is achieved through enhanced business transformation activities such as a joint data and digital team, project delivery team and Centre of Excellence.
The Customer Insights and Integration team is focused on ensuring a lens of the customer across all touchpoints of the Life of a Deal. CLCM is the onboard touchpoint and is focused on creating the tools and standards to support a positive experience across the CLCM chain (onboarding, rereviews, updates and exits) whilst supporting the adherence to Compliance requirements.
You will be part of our CLCM Enablement and Integration, a team of professionals who are passionate about enhancing our ability to trade with counterparties whilst maintaining our compliance and ethical standards.
**What’s the role?**
As the CLCM Continuous Improvement (CI) Senior Specialist you will be responsible for delivering CI initiatives across the CLCM landscape, including onboarding, maintenance and exit of our Counterparties. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across Shell T&S at all levels of the organization, including but not limited to; CLCM Process Authority, Lines of Business Representatives, Compliance, FO Data & Credit, to identify and implement process and performance improvements. You will manage and prioritise the pipeline of activity and report progress of projects to the T&S Leadership Team, taking ownership for the delivery and successful outcome of CLCM led initiatives.
You will be responsible for shaping, delivering and managing your own improvement projects, as well as, managing the progress of individual initiatives led by project team members or delegates from other parts of the organisation (e.g., LOBs, Compliance, FO Data).
More specifically, your role will include:
- Working with stakeholders from across the Lines of Business and Compliance to identify, scope and prioritise opportunities for improvement in CLCM processes
- Managing the portfolio of change projects owned and supported by CLCM
- Providing guidance and support to delegates delivering projects within the CLCM portfolio
- Delivering complex projects and initiatives from within the CLCM portfolio of work
- Performing detailed Impact Assessment of Change Requests to determine detailed scope, budget and resource requirements to deliver CLCM change projects
- Report on the progress of CLCM portfolio and status of projects to the T&S Leadership
- Providing direction and best practice on how to manage and deliver operational excellence & process improvement projects, in line with Shell’s methodologies
- Managing and delivering periodic CI learning events to influence and develop a CI culture mindset across the CLCM community

You will have experience managing a portfolio of projects across a complex organisation with insight on industry best practice. Combined with this you will also have experience influencing teams without direct authority and working with them in facilitating recommended changes.
