**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs.
- Lead development and deployment of ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management modules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements across all ServiceNow implementations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AD, PKI, SCCM, Azure).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Establish platform standards and mentor development teams on ServiceNow best practices.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
- Proven delivery of ITAM, ITOM, and CLM solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of financial services compliance and security requirements.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITAM/ITOM) strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
