**Marketing and Communications Lead, SEA** The Marketing & Communications lead is responsible for building brand awareness and supporting growth across Capgemini’s diverse business in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. You will have proven experience across all elements of the marketing and communications mix with a passion for Account Based Marketing. **Responsibilities** **Corporate Branding and Communications** - Position Capgemini as a leader in digital transformation and IT services across the region - Oversee all digital channels and direct supporting resources on messaging, targeting and campaign activation - Develop a comprehensive channel and content strategy to ensure Capgemini’s brand attributes, thought leadership, client stories and employee experiences are amplified in market - Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to increase brand visibility - Support local activation of Group brand initiatives including sponsorships and advertising campaigns **Client Relations and Account-Based Marketing** - Lead Industry and Account Based Marketing for priority segments and accounts in Singapore - Work closely with the sales teams on specific client opportunities to help differentiate Capgemini messaging and relationship management **Executive Communications** - Manage the internal and external communications for the SEA Managing Director - Work closely with the Asia Pacific External Communications Director to identify media and speaking opportunities for the executive team **Requirements**: - More than 7 - 10 years’ experience driving high impact marketing and communications programs - Deep account-based marketing experience - Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) - Strong stakeholder management - including collaborating for results with partners, internal and external agencies and internal leadership. - Ability to oversee, manage and execute multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines - A strong team leader and player with good executive management skills **Let's talk about what's in it for you** Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
