- Manage a complex centralized kitchen operation.
- Ensure that all personal hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety requirements are met by supervising all members of the culinary crew. help with customer service and food preparation.
- Keep a positive attitude when speaking with clients.
- Encourage teamwork and effective communication in the kitchen.
- Keep control of the kitchen and the crew at all times.
- Work with others to raise the performance of the cookhouse and zones.
- Take part in internal training to stay current on information.
- Always follow all company rules.
- A professional attitude and appearance on the part of the individual.
