Job Title: Pub Operations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pub Operations Executive to join our team. As a Pub Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pub, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient management, and a memorable experience for our patrons. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the overall operations of the pub, including the bar, dining area, and kitchen.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations by coordinating with different departments and staff members.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including beverages, food, and supplies.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and manage pub staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff.
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase pub revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events and activities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance pub operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in pub or restaurant management, with a focus on operations and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including bar operations, food service, and staff management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and MS Office Suite.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
