[About the Role]
**Team Management**:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
**Process Management & Continuous Improvement**:
- Design, implement, and optimize HR shared service and adjunct operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and PSD guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and leverage technology to streamline operations.
- Stay up-to-date on Workday features and best practices to ensure the HR processes remain current and efficient.
**Customer Service & Service Delivery**:
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide good and efficient service.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the delivery of effective and efficient HR services for employee onboarding, contract renewal, retirement, and offboarding.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
- Actively engage in Workday-related discussions to contribute to system enhancements and modifications.
- Participate in organization and polytechnic sector projects and discussions.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- At least (8) years of experience in HR, with at least (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Ability to work independently as well as a team-player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Knowledge of common productivity tools to aid digitalization efforts, and Workday system would be good (but not a must)
