**Introduction**:
**CMA-CGM EDI system is built in 2 parts**:
The EDI front end system, in charge of data mapping and communication protocols, which is based on IBM ITX, SBI and MQ products.

The EDI back-end, containing the business data and the triggering or integration rules. The back end can be, depending on the concerned business area for the legacy Oracle database as well as the new SAP Transportation Management system.

As a EDI Specialist, SBI, you will be responsible for architecture, design, enhancement and support of CMA-CGM EDI communication platform which is based on IBM SBI technology (IBM Sterling Business Integrator)

**Your Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
Work on SBI (tool / software) component enhancements for new functionalities, performance

Enhance SBI framework architecture and its communication exchange protocols (AS2, POP3/SMTP, SFTP, FTP) to support the stability and performance the EDI platform

Closely monitor the performance and stability of the communication platform, take lead and implement actions when it needs improvement

Take the lead on critical incidents, coordinate the investigations and implement solutions.

Documentation, testing and quality control

To perform well in this role, you must demonstrate ability to manage multiple medium-to-complex IT projects with business users and internal IT team working together collectively to deliver results.

**Minimum requirements**:
A Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline from a reputable education institute.

Possess Strong SBI knowledge and its transmission protocols, setups and log analysis, experience with the latest version [6] of SBI is a plus

Has technical expertise on EDI communication protocols and ability to translate them into technical solution

Familiar with Oracle SQL/ PL-SQL, Oracle 12+ will be an added advantage
