JR32695 ENGINEER - OPS CHANGE MGMT

As a Change Management Engineer for AT BEAUTO,

Work with Process Engineering & Manufacturing to build process & equipment requirements for tool automation.
Consolidate the requirements from all sites and align across Micron Backend.
Evaluate Host software capabilities and understand the gaps or opportunities.
Work with stakeholders to design/develop solutions to close the gaps.
Communicate (written & verbal) effectively with IT developers on these requirements.
Lead the UAT for host deployment & follow up on issues during UAT.
Work with global stakeholders on alignment, optimization, and troubleshooting of systems setup and operation procedures.
Assist in the setup and maintain systems to facilitate area data collection and process control requirements.
Create process steps, operations, and flows in compliance with established standards to achieve consistent and automatable process flows.
Team with IT and others to minimize risk, maximize area efficiency, and ensure product quality through proper system change control and validation.
Ensure timely, coordinated, and approved system configuration change management including documentation and notification to all stakeholders.
Provide system expertise and support for manufacturing systems, processes, and capabilities
Leverage knowledge, experience, and skills with processes and systems to provide timely solutions for problems and business change requirements.
Understand and routinely use system capabilities to collect, investigate, and support accurate reporting, data analysis, and metric tracking.
Facilitate manufacturing systems release and deployment
