**Job Description**:
**The role involves**:

- Drive ideation and development of scalable and repeatable regtech solutions, with focus on tech-enablers to support automation within regulatory/compliance functions.
- Devise and drive go-to-market strategies and propositions for regtech solutions including working closely with key priority client account leads and developing thought leadership programs/materials
- Work closely with relevant internal/external stakeholders and alliance partnerships to create minimum viable product and commercial strategy
- Build capabilities within the team to help support solution development and project delivery
- Drive and manage project delivery and quality including stakeholder management, milestone tracking and issue resolution

**We are looking for individuals**:

- **who possess a good degree or professional qualification in Accountancy, Business or equivalent Banking & Finance degree, with minimum of 8-10 years relevant experience in the banking sector or international consulting firm.**:

- **who possess strong knowledge and understanding of regulatory landscape and development**:

- **who are highly motivated and have keen interest in regulatory technology and innovation, and have worked with regulatory solution providers. Experience with regulatory/compliance change or transformation programs is preferred.**:

- **who are adaptable and agile to respond to dynamic and diverse project/solution requirements**:

- **with strong communication and negotiation skills: the role will involve interacting with internal stakeholders, alliance partners and clients of varying levels, including senior executives.**:

- **Written and verbal fluency in English. Multilingual ability is a plus.
