**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of Inward and Outward Remittances and Cheque Clearing in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all remittance transactions and ensure proper documentation for auditing purposes
- Handling of physical cash deposits and withdrawals
- Time deposits Placement and withdrawals
- Timely and accurate verification of clients’ instructions via call backs
- Answering remittance-related queries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and ensure that all remittance transactions comply with relevant banking and regulatory mannerPerform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for Remittances Customers and opening of accounts for new customers

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in remittances operations
- Familiar with SWIFT system and SWIFT messages MT103 and MT202
- Familiar with AML/CFT requirements and able to detect any suspicious transactions
- Ability to work independently and has a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Meticulous and accurate in processing transactions
- Good team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business, Accounting or Banking is an advantage
