In the mission to drive Supply Chain Excellence across the Asia Region, we are looking for a Senior Manager covering Regional Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, and CMO Management.

**Job Description**:

- Own all aspects of demand and supply planning for all commercial products within the Asia region.
- Lead monthly joint demand planning reviews with the countries and analyzing historical sales & consumption trends, channel inventory positioning and working with commercial team (Marketing & Sales) to incorporate Marketing plans & assumptions.
- Implement and manage a framework that maximizes customer primary service level, reduces inventory levels and improves forecast accuracy, along with reducing overall Santen Asia Supply Chain costs.
- Key Stakeholders include - Local and regional partners in Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial (Sales & Marketing) to operationalize and support the business and financial plan.
- Develop and implement mid to long term supply chain strategies, managing all CMO in Asia, support the business execution of new initiatives which includes new product launches and product lifecycle management projects.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and to coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
- Act as S&OP process owner for all Asian markets, ensure cross-functionally aligned processes are established across all markets, lead and execute the sales and operations planning strategy with the mission to improve systems, tools and capabilities within the organization pertaining Sales and Operations Planning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above with 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or the Healthcare business and 8+ years of experience in a leadership position.
- Experience in leading the Sales and Operations planning process at the regional level
- Broad knowledge and experience in Supply Chain strategies, market analysis techniques, procurement, contracting and transport management
- Strong collaborator and influencer with effective interpersonal and analytical skills who is able to work seamlessly across countries, cultures, and organizational unit
- Skills in demand planning tool, Forecast modeling tools and ERP/MRP system
- Experience in Contract Manufacturing Operations Management
- Strong understanding and knowledge of international business and pharmaceutical cGMP and GDP regulations
- This position will require the ability to travel at least 30%
