**Job Summary**:
We're looking for a seasoned Digital Business Advisor to join our lady apparel retail operations team on a part-time basis. As a digital expert with proven results, you'll provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, e-commerce, and social marketing to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Digital Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and increase online presence
- Provide expertise on digital trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
**- E-commerce**:

- Advise on e-commerce platform selection, customization, and optimization
- Develop strategies to increase online sales, customer engagement, and retention
**- Social Media Marketing**:

- Create and implement social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales
- Provide guidance on content creation, influencer marketing, and social media advertising
**- Digital Analytics**:

- Analyze digital data to inform business decisions and optimize digital strategies
- Provide insights on customer behavior, preferences, and trends
**- Mentorship**:

- Guide and mentor the internal team on digital best practices and strategies

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital business, e-commerce, and social media marketing
- Proven Results: Demonstrable track record of driving business growth through digital strategies
- Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital trends, e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and digital analytics
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Part-time: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (approx. 10-15 hours/week)

**Nice to Have**:

- Fashion Industry Experience: Knowledge of the fashion industry and lady apparel retail operations
- E-commerce Platform Expertise: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Social Media Certifications: Certifications in social media marketing, such as Facebook Blueprint or Hootsuite
