Singapore NEW HOPE COMMUNITY SERVICES Full time

**Operations Management**:

- Supervise Social Enterprise Executive on daily customer support which includes enrolment, management of customer’s account to ensure smooth operations at all studio locations
- Design, test, implement and finetune procedures to ensure structure and to streamline processes (including instructors SOP, new instructor’s induction program, Beginner class teacher’s guide etc.) to maintain standard and professionalism
- To put payment structures in place, including online and offline to ensure safe, secure and easy collection of payment for studio services
- To attend to and reply to daily customers online reviews
- Oversees logistics matters for trampoline sales and events
- To explore enhancements to existing system such as the incorporation of a perk/reward system for customer retention and the inclusion the liability waiver on the booking app
- To ensure compliance with PDPA in all studio and event operations
- To oversee the management of stock and inventory
- To support and advise the marketing manager. E.g. Helping with presentation materials, running of events for secured partnership, providing online webpage content for new projects etc

**Team Management**:

- Manage the individual roles of team members to ensure better work efficiency, cooperation and support
- To help individual team members to work towards their long term career plan
- To organise and facilitate regular instructors gathering and dialogue sessions to address concerns and other feedback

**Marketing and Fundraising**:

- To support CEO on all fundraising projects and activities
- Prepare flyers, poster, visuals and other marketing collaterals as and when required
- To design and create websites/landing pages, online and offline content and articles for marketing and fundraising purposes on regular basis including
- To create promotional, marketing, instructional and educational videos content on regular basis
- To manage Social Enterprise and Fundraising Social Media marketing and engagement

**Finance**:

- To oversee the preparation of Instructor’s monthly payroll
- To oversee the preparation of Profit sharing report for partners
