As a Creative Designer, you will be working together in a team of designers to conceptualise and execute creative deliverables for any given project. Together with the suits, copywriters and programmers, you work to establish key objectives and unpack the brief. You will develop a sound concept across different marketing touchpoints (both physical and digital where required). In the absence of a clear definitive direction, your inspirations could also pave way for the others to bounce their ideas off.

From creative concepts, branding, social media marketing, e-Commerce design to UI/UX, you’ve got to have a good grasp of their fundamentals and all things in between.

**Job Scope**
- Study creative briefs and understand requirements
- Concept development and conceptualisation of ideas for creative concepts, branding and marketing campaigns (including various collaterals, Facebook/ Instagram, Google Display Banners, eDMs, etc...) with rationales
- Develop brand strategies, identities and the various touchpoints
- Create creative design that are on-brand, effective and aesthetically appealing
- Create website designs and their prototypes
- Digital retouching and image editing
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Fine Arts, related field
- Proven creative design experience
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Solid experience in ideating concepts, storyboards, wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Have a keen eye for details
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate concept ideas, designs and rationales
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Able to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Strong team player and able to collaborate effectively with key team members
- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies

We currently work in the office 3 days a week and at home 2 days a week.
