**About The Role** You will be part of the HoldCo Procurement team based in Singapore overseeing all OpCo under GoTo Group &, focusing on executing projects-based related to Procurement Operations (maintenance, business process improvement, and technology adoption), while working with cross-functional stakeholders across the Group. **What You Will Do**: - Support the Sourcing Procurement Supervisor through value creation of cost reduction and cost avoidance initiatives projects - Execute all incoming sourcing requests and validate the financial attributes - Maintain relationships with country vendors, to support GoTo Group's positioning in the market - Achieve provided annual saving target, both Cost Avoidance and Cost Reduction - Prepare procurement documentation for each sourcing activity - Become the ambassador of Procurement value creation and build relationships with Businesses to ensure Early Procurement Involvement **What You Will Need**: - Bachelor of business, supply chain management, or any other related field (knowledge of related markets i.e IT, marketing & general office expenditures), preferably has been working in procurement (1-2 years) - Strong business and commercial mindset - Excellent negotiation, organizational, and collaboration skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) - Excellent project management skills - Proven ability to translate, interpret, or convey complex information clearly across both languages (if needed) - Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment - Familiarity with business or technical terminology in Mandarin - Have a basic understanding of certain areas (i.e: finance, accounting, tax, and legal) **About The Team** You’ll be part of the Sourcing team, a dynamic and purpose-driven group that plays a critical role in shaping how our organization delivers value through strategic partnership with vendors.
