**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for assigned scope of construction activities by planning, managing and coordinating construction execution strategy and day to day activities.
- Plan and implement the constructability and progress on either Marine or Modules in Mechanical equipment installation sequences.
- Schedule & manage cost to ensure construction & installation progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Organize, direct and supervise contractors to ensure construction & installation procedure strictly follow drawing & relevant regulation requirement and equipment vendor’s specification.
- Setup contracts with manning agents and organize mobilization of personnel for various operating assets and assist with recruitment of crew and start of FPSO operations (if required).
- Define the responsibilities and management structure of the assigned scope, especially setting targets, guiding discipline supervisors and coaching team members.
- Monitor the efficiency of the planned maintenance system and management of spare part inventories aboard various assets.
- Monitor and liaise with Shore base for status and planning of Class/ Statutory surveys and CSM items.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient computer knowledge with Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
