- Administer and compile both online and onsite pre-recruitment evaluations
- Classroom training of new transcribers and editors
- Continued on-the-job training of transcribers and editors including full transcript QC and providing feedback
- Ensure quality of work meets SLA
- Review, maintenance, and report of editor performance
- Quality Control of all transcript accuracy
- Periodic review of all transcribers’ accuracy rates
- Update of transcription manuals to meet clients’ requirements
- Preparation of new transcription manuals as and when required
- Any other related court reporting tasks
