**Responsibilities**
- Ensure continued compliance with the Casino Control Act, and the associated regulations and Internal Control Codes, including:

- Responsible for the effective management of the compliance risk;
- Establish and communicate the regulatory directions to ensure that our obligations are met.
- Develop, implement and maintain the internal regulatory compliance manuals, guiding principle documents, policies and procedures that are to be adhered to by management and team members;
- Prepare periodic reporting requirements for submission to Authorities;
- Prepare training materials on new regulatory requirements, policies and procedures to:

- Ensure that staff are adequately trained to perform their duties; and
- Ensure refresher training for the staff is provided at regular intervals to ensure that staff are reminded of their responsibilities and are kept informed of new developments.
- Monitor and manage incoming funds from patrons and ensure timely processing of all funds in the casino bank accounts;
- Plan and coordinate the sales of foreign currencies and liaise with bankers on cage’s banking requirements;
- Perform regular reviews of access to various systems and ensure timely removal for resigning / transfer of team members

**Requirement**
- Diploma or a Degree in Business Management or Accounting
- Meet Casino Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum GCE 'N' level with credit in Mathematics or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a bank or cashiering function preferred
- Able to perform shifts including weekends & public holidays
