Payroll Specialist

**POSITiON SUMMARY** We are seeking a Payroll Specialist in Singapore. This role will support all aspects of Internal Payroll for Singapore and APAC. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Execute weekly/monthly payroll function for all internal employees, including, but not limited to, employee queries, audits, reporting, new entity projects. - Coordinate for APAC payroll with MSPs/ ICPs and internal Finance Team - Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and changes to pay rates - Prepare inputs for MSPs/ICPs payroll, review outputs, audit results, reasonability checks, adhere to payroll calendar with no miss deadlines - Follow and implement SOX controls - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, entering data into databases and spreadsheets - Ensure compliance with current tax requirements by working closely with MSPs/ICPs and other internal functions like Finance, People, Benefits, and Legal - Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors - Work collaboratively with People Services team to resolve employee inquiries on all payroll, expense reporting and vendor billing inquiries in a timely manner - Identify process improvements with regional payroll processes and work toward streamlined, global solutions - Responsible for coordinating, enhancing, and furthering our process documentation, ensuring uniformity across regions.
