Singapore Opus 2 Full time

We are looking for a **Site Reliability Engineer** to join our Client Infrastructure team to support the delivery of our software solutions to our APAC customer base. We are in an exciting time as we transition our game-changing legal software to a highly scalable container-based platform, from the existing Infrastructure-as-Code AWS implementation.

Working in the global Client Infrastructure team to ensure the success of our product, you will act as an escalation point for high severity incidents for other AWS infrastructure issues, and you will also be a point of contact for customer support technical teams to make queries in relation to engineering/infrastructure best practices for using the Opus 2 software on-premise.

**Technologies**

**Key**
- Strong understanding of Linux (RHEL or Debian-base) administration - LPIC / RHCSA certification preferred.
- Working knowledge of AWS services - especially with EKS, ELB, and AWS storage services.
- Experience working with Kubernetes.
- Containerisation - Docker, Kubernetes or LXD/LXC
- Networking - Subnets, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL, TLS
- Prior experience working with Hashicorp tools (cloud & enterprise):

- Terraform - maintenance of multi-cloud modules & TFC environments.
- Consul - multi-region
- Vault - secret and PKI management (including rotations)
- Experience with support incidents, including on-call support - monitor, back-up/recovery and disaster recovery escalation.
- Working knowledge of Git version control.

**Additional/Beneficial**
- Certifications - Formal AWS certificates, Hashicorp tools, Kubernetes.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages - BASH, Python 3 preferred, Ruby or Go beneficial.
- Authentication knowledge - SAML and OIDC with a preference on integration with Keycloak.
- Experience in a software engineering environment - release, deployment, version, and change-management processes.

- Able to manage your own time effectively.
- Should be able to adapt to resolve issues under pressure.
