**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify each child’s communication needs and areas for growth.
- Develop and implement individualised intervention plans tailored to each child’s unique language, speech, and communication goals.
- Facilitate therapeutic activities that promote expressive and receptive language skills, articulation, and social communication in both individual and group settings.
- Lead group therapy sessions focused on enhancing speech clarity, vocabulary, comprehension, and social interaction strategies.
- Collaborate with families to provide strategies and exercises that can be integrated into daily routines to support the child’s communication development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and outcomes, and communicate findings to the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize the therapeutic program and overall care provided.

Stay updated on best practices and current research in speech-language therapy, especially for children with special needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- A degree in Speech-Language Pathology and relevant certification/licensure to practice.
- Proven experience working with children, particularly those with speech and language needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage children and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to varying therapeutic settings.
- A passion for promoting effective communication, language development, and positive social outcomes for children and their families.
