**Responsibilities**:

- **Overall SOC pricing management**:Guide & manage team members on day-to-day pricing matters and ensure response to agents and Key Accounts team in 24 hours. Make use of costing/contribution table to confirm contribution figures and provide recommendations to finalize the proposed rate to customers.
- **Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize contribution**: Work very closely with cargo flow team to have clear knowledge sectors full and not full temporarily or structurally to determine sectors to push SOCs. To actively explore opportunities even in non-traditional sectors.
- **Oversee a set of identified key accounts & tender process management [KAM]**: Maintaining current businesses, identification and development of new businesses and growth opportunities. Organize and plan visit with respective accounts to build good rapport with decision makers. Tender accounts - review all pricing for pricing sanity check and completeness checks prior to submission.
- **Develop market knowledge and intelligence**:To analyze trends and data which aid pricing decisions and strategies, gather from team update to all on the latest development on service pattern and demand changes.
- **Monitor customers support/retention & agents' performance**: Monitor customer’s support on monthly basis and follow-up with customer. Review agents' performance - conduct weekly meetings to understand market trends across regions and to set agents' marketing objectives
- **SOC revenue forecasting**: Contribute to revenue processes by furnishing freight rates trends and forecasting.
- **Mentoring and leadership**: Provide necessary guidance and direction to teammate in achieving goals, monitor the performance and to maintain high morale for the team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field;
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in trade, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and resilient under pressure
