Jewellery Appraiser/valuer

**Position: Jewellery Appraiser/Valuer for Pawn Shop**
- Provide polite and professional standard service to all customers.
- Handle customer feedbacks, in the most appropriate manner, within operational

guidelines.
- Determine the different customers’ requirements.
- Answer incoming calls as per operations’ standard.
- Retail sales of merchandise comprising gold, Jewellery etc.
- Communicate effectively to customers on the policy of the sales and trade-in

transactions.
- Perform sales, trade-inland loan renewal transactions.
- Handle cash and voucher in accordance with established policies, procedures and

Practices.
- No experience required for craftsman job scope (cleaning of Jewellery). Training will be

provided.

**Job Requirement**
- Sales experience.
- Prior Gold and Jewellery sales experience.
- Prior job experiences in Pawnshop will be an advantage.
- Well-groomed and have passion in Jewellery and Pawn Brokerage trade.
- Positive attitude, reliable, willing to learn, customer-oriented and a good

player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging personality
- Must be able to work retail hours and weekend.
- Able to start in short notice.

Alternative bi-weekly shifts: 8am to 5pm; 11am to 8pm
