- Upload and manage all training courses coordination on the Learning Portal, ensuring that learners can sign-up for new training courses
- Upload and perform QA testing for all E-Learning courses, ensuring that all features and navigation are in working order
- Maintain and upkeep all enrollment and attendance records for both training and E-Learning to provide accurate learning hours for all employees
- Work closely with key stakeholders to conceptualise and deliver new features and learning solutions for the Learning Portal
- Evaluate training and E-Learning courses effectiveness using available data such as assessment marks, sign-up rates, post-course surveys, etc.
- Oversee learning analytics through admin dashboard to identify skill gaps and evaluate learning solutions effectiveness
- Ensure smooth operation of the Learning Portal, troubleshoot technical errors before escalating to software developers and provide timely resolution to improve user experiences
- Provide training/onboarding to stakeholders across region to streamline learning operations and processes enabled by Learning Portal, such as its administration and configuration
- Coordinate with end-to-end translation cycle with stakeholders across markets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree holder
- Previous experience in operating Learning Management System and E-Learning is a plus
- Highly detail-oriented and organised
- Efficient multi-tasker to ensure that operational needs are met on time with little supervision
- Excellent follow-up, time management skills and strong drive for results
- Enthusiastic team player who is committed to contributing to the team
- Enjoy learning and experimenting to leverage technologies to enhance training and learning
- Good analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Skills (e.g. Formulas, Data Linking, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Macros and Automatization (VBA), Data Validation)
