Höllöberg has exclusively partnered with a European multinational within the Defense sector to search for a Regional Sales Manager covering the Asia Pacific region. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to join a stable yet sustainably growing company with an established presence in the region. You will get the chance to be strategically involved in the growth of company's Naval Defence solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales, Business Development and Marketing of company's products and solutions to global system integrators shipyards & distributors, Navy as well as to other end-users,
- Managing the Sales process, including strategic capture planning, lead generation and pipeline management, customer presentations, responses to customer requests, contract negotiations, and closing of contracts.
- Contributing to go-to-market strategies and business strategy.
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships over a long sales process.
- Identifying and managing local partners,
- Participating in and contributing to regional exhibitions and customer events.

**Requirements**:

- Previous background in Navy with sales experience in any industry OR Defense solutions Sales experience,
- Technical, military, or commercial academic degree.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
