Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and solution for MES & ERP problems in recipe execution and recipe authoring.
- Liaise with QA to provide approved change control documentation for all MES recipe changes.
- Interprets new or changed requirements to determine the necessary modifications to existing recipes which may affect operations and overall system functionality.
- Assists in processing and follow up on all manufacturing documentation change control process.
- Responsible for solution testing and validation documentation.
- Translates business and user needs into system requirement specifications. Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Biologics related field.
- Familiarity with MES systems such as Werum PAS-X, Emerson Syncade and Siemens Opcenter
- Experience with SQL, VB Scripting, and/or other programming languages is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to translate technical information into basic understanding, and the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a diversity of people at an individual and team level.
