**Job Description**:
The Ascott Limited is hiring Manager, Brand & Marketing in a 360-brand management role including the positioning, development, implementation, marketing and measurement of its brands. The goal is to create differentiated and desirable brand experiences and build brand equity across our portfolio of new and existing serviced residences and hotels. The manager will oversee a portfolio of brands and will bring brand signatures from global HQ to various parts of the world through flagships and campaigns.

Job Responsibilities- Monitor, measure and analyse the positioning and performance of brands within the company and among competitors to identify opportunities and challenges- Ensure brands are differentiated and desirable for targeted guest personas through signature features and programmes, unique guest experiences- Develop and maintain brand resources including stories, standards and guidelines, and materials; collaborating closely with corporate departments at HQ and various geographies to ensure requirements are clear and relevant- Engage with other departments and clusters to drive flagships and brand pilots, as well as provide support for pre-opening properties- Spearhead 360-brand campaigns for launches and programmes- Serve as brand guardian to ensure alignment of standards and protection of IPs

Job Requirements- Degree in Branding, Marketing or Communications- At least 5 years of experience in branding and marketing- Results-driven manager who can lead, manage, and execute projects both independently and with external vendors to achieve measurable outcomes- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills- Creative and curious individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and has strong acumen for trends- Team player with good problem-solving skills and who can proactively collaborate with stakeholders across various job functions and countries- Flair for writing with good command of English and Chinese languages
