Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Project Managers of assigned deployment projects of endpoint and network security product and technologies such as _Network Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention System, Secure Web Gateway, Web Application Firewall, Malware Protection, Vulnerability and Patch Management, Content Disarm and Reconstruction_) to protect customer’s environment against advanced threats.
- Gather customer requirements, conduct design workshops and present final design for customer’s endorsement.
- Interact and front Customers and internal teams on technical implementation-related matters of assigned projects. Attend internal and Customer meetings.
- Be overall responsible of the technical implementation of the in-scope endpoint and network security product and and technologies.
- Prepare, review and update relevant documentation such as technical design specification, requirement traceability matrix, design and build document, functional and user acceptance test plans.
- Manage a team of SMEs to ensure timely and smooth implementation of the in-scope endpoint and network security products and technologies.
- Review and implement industry standard system hardening procedures and security features.
- Hand over completed implementation projects to designated Maintenance and Operations teams.
- Validate and provide feedback on security product technical solutions proposed by Presales Team.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Information System.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in IT.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system architecture design and development. It would be advantageous to be familiar with the following:

- Network and infrastructure security such as firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN, WAF and content filtering.
- Mobile security such as Mobile Threat Prevention.
- Endpoint security and OS hardening
- Content Disarm and Reconstruction
- Expenerice in preparing technical/architecture blueprint and in designing distributed systems is an advantage.
- Fluent communicator in both written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for cyber security.
- Strong fundamental knowledge on IP networking and operating systems such as Windows, Linux, iOS/iPad OS and Android OS.
- Ability to create scripts such as PowerShell, Python, PERL or equivalent.
- It would be advantages to possess the following, but not a must: _CISSP certification_.
- Prior working experience and/or certifications in any of the following products:

- Checkpoint Firewall
- Palo Alto Firewall
- FortiGate Firewall
- Algosec Firewall Analyzer & FireFlow
- McAfee Network Security Platform (IPS) and Web Gateway
- McAfee Endpoint Security
- TrendMicro TippingPoint (NIPS)
- TrendMicro InterScan (ICAP)
- TrendMicro Deep Security, Apex & Deep Discovery (EPP)
- Tenable SecurityCenter and Nessus (VA)
- Rapid7 InsightVM
- SasaSoftware GateScanner
- Votiro Secure File Gateway
