Our team at Island Creamery needs some help to take ideas and inspiration and churn them into exciting local flavours. This takes the form of exciting new ice-cream flavours and desserts,

perfecting our signature flavours, and reformulation of ice creams.

The ice-cream production assistant will be focussed on preparing ingredients/packaging for various ice-cream flavours, as well as making ice-cream to be packed into our ice-cream tubs and trays. Ice-cream making requires physical work so you need to be comfortable on your feet and mobile.

You will work cross with Unce Stan, our kitchen crew and service team to ensure everything we make in our kitchen meets our guests expectations.

Our central kitchen is based in Jurong (International Road).

**Core Duties**
- Help with producing and packing ice-cream for sale
- Assist with preparing frozen desserts
- To adhere closely to production SOPs and ice-cream recipes for greater product consistency.
- Routinely assess ice-cream making and storage equipment to ensure that product are kept in optimal temperature and storage conditions.
- Assist with making, packing and labelling ice-cream, frozen desserts and other dairy products.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen area - including cleaning and sanitisting equipment.

**Key Qualities**
- Minimum O Level
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP and food safety
- Experience in F&B
- Must love ice cream and other desserts
