Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Liaise with architects,clients and sub-contractors to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Covering duties for Project Manager and other hoc duties when assigned.
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related field of study.
- Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
- Independent and a good team player with positve attitude.
- Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients and associates).
- Preferably with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- 5 days' work week (Plus first Saturday of each month).
