We're is looking for a **Sales Specialist** to join our **Sales **team

Every day is an opportunity for us to turn a showroom visitor into a loyal customer.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive first impression of our brand.
- Listen actively to customers' preferences and requirements, providing recommendations and solutions.
- Responsible for the conversion of sales from walk-in customers, chats, and other sales channels.
- Recommend furniture tailored to customers’ requirements
- Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
- Assist in store operational excellence by ensuring general showroom maintenance, and receiving / issuing stocks
- Perform other roles within the store such as maintaining visual standards, assisting team members, or performing operational tasks on the sales floor

**What you’ll need**
- Working days: 6 days/week (Flexibility to work weekends and holidays)
- Base pay + Commission + Incentive
- All nationalities welcome (SPM Certification required for Malaysians)
- Bilingual language skills a plus - English and Malay
- Prior experience in retail/furniture sales not needed, but preferable (Training provided)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with customers.
- Proven track record of customer centricity and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener, and empathetic).
- Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail.
- Good work ethic and can present yourself well.
- Excellent team player.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
