- To take us to the next level, we are looking to widen our customer reach and product breadth in life, health, and general insurance. We are hence looking to expand our operations team, especially looking for a skilled multi-talented team member to help us conceptualize and execute operation processes, manage partner relationships, and ultimately serve the customer.
- Get to know the Role
- This role will primarily be focusing on helping to build and support our insurance operations in Singapore.
- The Day-to-Day Activities- Support distribution of insurance products by working closely with insurance partners and stakeholders across different functions in the organization.-
- Work with Customer Experience Team on new insurance product training, issues resolutions and facilitation of claims.-
- Work with payment, finance and FP&A teams to support the end-to-end financial operations of our insurance business.-
- Business process improvement/optimization to increase efficiency and achieve cost savings.- The Must-Haves- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, finance, or actuarial science)-
- Deep understanding of Insurance Products, Regulations, and Insurance Operations (Minimal 5 years of work experiences)-
- Strong communication and analytical skills.-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.-
- Proficiency in English, and preferably, in 1 other Asian language.-
- Right to work in Singapore.The Nice-to-Haves- Hold any of the required qualifications necessary to become a General Insurance Agent as defined by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.-
- Previous experience working as an insurance broker or agent or financial adviser- Our Commitment
