As a Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and creating memorable interactions with our esteemed clients. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Greet and assist clients in a warm and welcoming manner. Establish rapport and develop a deep understanding of their individual tastes and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our luxury fashion collections, materials, and design details. Be prepared to provide expert guidance on styling and product recommendations.
- **Styling and Wardrobe Curation**: Offer personalized styling and wardrobe curation services, helping clients select outfits and accessories that reflect their style and meet their specific needs.
- **Clienteling**: Maintain a client database and proactively reach out to clients regarding new arrivals, exclusive events, and special promotions. Provide exceptional follow-up and after-sales support.
- **Sales Excellence**: Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Build and nurture long-term client relationships, leading to client loyalty and repeat business.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure that the store's visual displays are captivating and in line with the brand's aesthetic, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
- **Market Trends**: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and emerging luxury market insights to offer clients the most current and relevant advice.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in a Client Advisor or similar role.
- A passion for luxury fashion, with a keen eye for style and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of fashion styling and wardrobe curation is a plus.
- Fluent in multiple languages may be advantageous in a multicultural environment.
