**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Analysis & Optimization**:

- Assist in analyzing product algorithms to identify performance trends and areas for improvements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of testing strategies that assess algorithm and robustness under different conditions.
- Support optimization initiatives by providing data driven insights on product performance.
- **Product Performance Monitoring & Testing**
- Help develop and maintain dashboards to track key product performance indicators(KPIs)
- Monitor product usage and performance data in real-time, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and engagement metrics to derive actionable insights.
- Assist to develop tools, test cases and programs to automate processes during various stages of product life cycle.
- Conduct in-office and field experiments to validate product performance and identify solutions to potential challenges.
- **Data Analysis & Insights**:

- Perform data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and algorithms, providing key insights to guide decision making.
- Conduct root-cause analysis to identify performance bottlenecks and assisting in the development of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and contribute to product improvement strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or AI. Advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD) a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics, performance analysis, or engineering role.
- Strong background in working with data-driven performance metrics.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools, A/B testing, and metrics tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with algorithm testing and optimization in a real-world product environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of or interest in Baseball or softball is a strong plus
