We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Design Lead to play a pivotal role in our design team. This is a hands-on position that requires a blend of creative excellence, strong project management skills, and leadership abilities. You will be instrumental in guiding projects from conceptualization through to completion, ensuring design integrity, technical accuracy, and timely delivery.
- To support the creative director in pitching to potential clients
- Lead the conceptualization and development of interior design schemes for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with client briefs, budget, and timelines.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage individual workloads, and monitor progress to ensure team efficiency and timely project delivery.
- To ensure the fit and finesse of the studio in terms of design direction, drawing standard, quality of FFE and abiding by the studio’s design philosophy
- To lead by example to the team and provide guidance and assistance to the team members
- Participate in all project phases, from feasibility studies and schematic design to design development
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all design deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards during construction and installation
