**Job Purpose and Background
**About CDP
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Building strong relationships with existing CDP signatories, financial institutions and capital markets participants as well as identifying new opportunities to grow the signatory base
- Leading analysis and engagement with CDP signatories on the core reported and modelled datasets offerings and in-house expertise at CDP
- Organizing webinars and capacity-building events with major financial institutions and investors and raising the profile of CDP’s capital markets work across the financial sector
- Utilizing knowledge and understanding of sustainable finance to further engage the broader capital markets
- Working with other teams in collaborative projects and activities to achieve CDP's overall strategic plan and implement a regionally appropriate long-term strategy as defined by the Global Investor Initiatives program

**Required skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to draw key messages out of CDP datasets, campaigns, initiatives and research for both internal and external audiences
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize amongst multiple stakeholders and projects
- A passion for the environment and desire to drive action
- A solid understanding of capital markets and the investment management industry with a passion for sustainable investment.
- Highly analytical approach able to navigate complex datasets and capital market nuances
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point
- Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in rapidly evolving landscape
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, and a Southeast Asian language

This is a full-time position based at CDP’s Singapore office, reporting to Regional Lead, Capital Markets for Southeast Asia & Oceania.

**Salary and benefits**:Up to SGD 60,000.00 per annum. 24 days’ holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, annual discretionary bonus (depending on company performance), Training and development, Flexible working opportunities and other benefits.
