Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related Software Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of customer-facing experience in the enterprise space translating customer needs into solutions.
- Experience with AI solutions related to enterprise architectures.
- Experience managing development of technical solutions or Go-To-Market strategy, and execution within AI and cloud domains.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and growing C-level relationships.
- Deep understanding of AI and business challenges in moving related workloads to public cloud.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and bring in ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.

As a Practice Specialist for our AI Solutions, DocAI and Contact Center AI (CCAI), you will be part of the Solutions and Technology team and work with strategic account teams, Sales leadership, and Product Management to drive solution adoption. You will routinely engage with C-level executives, both internally and externally, providing perspective and guidance on long-term business/technology strategy and investment options.
You will be responsible for growing the adoption of DocAI and Contact Center AI across APAC by supporting enterprise customers in their adoption journey and working with our Product teams.

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive adoption of AI solutions (DocAI and CCAI) and conduct strategic account planning with Google account teams.
- Establish solid working relationships with Google strategic account teams, Sales leadership, Professional Services, Product Management, Solution Management, and partners (e.g., Global Systems Integrator, Independent Software Vendor).
- Own incubated business pipeline and opportunities for AI/ML, in conjunction with local Market Development leads and enterprise Direct Sales teams.
- Represent and reflect APAC customers and partners to influence data-driven goals and direction for Contact Center AI and DocAI development.
- Partner closely with leaders across Customer Engineering, Product, Sales, and Developer teams to influence executive leadership to help execute strategy.
