
Secretary to CEO

The essential will report directly to the Country CEO and dotted line to the Head of Human Resources.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Perform secretarial duties to the Country CEO include expenditure administration/leave administration and other general administration duties as assigned
- Calendar management for Country CEO including setting up and ready for meetings including any reporting etc for the meetings
- Organise major meetings eg Board Meeting, Weekly Meetings, BPR Meetings, EC Meetings, SM/DM Meetings, Strategy Meetings, Partner’s Event etc
- Consolidate presentation deck submitted by respective presenter for meetings
- Internal communication’s editorial role for weekly morning sharing, COURTS CAN etc.
- Organise travel arrangement (eg ticket & accommodation), travel expenses claims etc
- Attend key meetings for the purpose of taking and issuing minutes
- Organise meals or snacks for key meetings, if required
- Review and renewal of Company’s insurance
- Help and support in the general day-to-day running of the office
- Any other duties under General Affairs and any other assigned task
**Formal Education & Certification**
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Secretarial / Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word etc)
- At least 3 years (s) of working experience in a related field
- Independent and Resourceful
- Possess good communication skills
- Excellent written/ verbal communications skills with a flair for writing in English

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
